FrontRange Presented as a 'Champion' by Info-Tech Research Group
PLEASANTON, CA--(Marketwire - Oct 2, 2012) -
FrontRange Solutions, the only ITSM provider that delivers a Service
Management solution with fully integrated Voice Automation and Client
Management capabilities on-premise and in the cloud, today announced the
company has been listed as a 'Champion' in "Info-Tech Research Group's
Enterprise Service Desk Vendor Landscape."
According to Info-Tech Research Group, "FrontRange™ ITSM is
not simply HEAT rebranded. It's an entirely new software product aimed
at more mature Service Desks. If an integrated full service catalog is a
requirement, FrontRange ITSM should be on your shortlist." Flash Mob by ManageEngine at HDI 2012, Orlando
HDI’s 22nd annual conference happened 2
weeks ago in Orlando, Florida. Around 1600 professionals, ranging from
directors to front-line analysts, attended the conference. And we did
too! Over 50 exhibitor booths were set up and stayed busy on all three
days. Many vendors we met in SDITS were present at HDI too.
What we didn’t expect was the fun-filled,
high-spirited flash mob by ManageEngine. For the first time in the
history of HDI, the first-of-its-kind flash mob proved that IT can be
fun. It started off like an annoying interruption but soon there was
high momentum and we were dancing to the tunes of Lady Gaga, Pitbull,
LMFAO and Maroon5. For 5 blissful minutes we forgot that we were at a
technical conference. Kudos ManageEngine.
ManageEngine was happy to share the video with us. Watch ManageEngine flash mob video now.
Let’s wait and watch what ManageEngine and HDI have to offer next year.
